Włókiennictwo jest dla nas inspiracją w dążeniu do perfekcji, którą można osiągnąć jedynie ciężką, rzemieślniczą pracą. Wiemy jak ważne, zarówno w sztuce włókienniczej, jak i kulinarnej jest skupienie i dbałość o każdy detal dlatego nie idziemy na kompromisy. W Tkalni wszystko przygotowujemy od podstaw – stąd regionalne zioła, które uprawiamy przez cały rok w naszym ogródku i produkty charakterystyczne dla Gór Sowich. Zapraszamy Państwa na kulinarną, rzemieślniczą podróż po regionie.

Regional products

We believe that the power lies in simplicity. And in the quality that we care for every day, together with our trusted suppliers. We collaborate with regional, independent producers who value honesty and natural flavors. The honey we use at Tkalnia is sourced from Czesław Piasecki, the owner of the nearby Apiary under the Forest. The Riesling we serve comes from Bielawskie Vineyard, founded by Tomasz Pawlaczek. In addition to wine, Bielawa also produces craft, regional SOWIE beers (available on our menu). We support the "Free Cages" campaign, and the eggs we use at Tkalnia come exclusively from organic farms in Świebodzice. Attention to every detail is a philosophy instilled by our Head Chef at Tkalnia.

What is Tkalnia?

Weaving is our inspiration in striving for perfection, which can only be achieved through hard, artisanal work. We understand the importance of focus and attention to detail, both in the art of weaving and in culinary pursuits, which is why we never compromise. At Tkalnia, we prepare everything from scratch – that's why we use regional herbs grown in our garden all year round and ingredients characteristic of the Sowie Mountains. We invite you on a culinary and artisanal journey through the region.

W Tkalni Smaku przekładamy jej ducha na język kuchni: rzemieślniczy, wymagający, autentyczny. Kuchnia w Dębowym to coś więcej niż jedzenie. To część filozofii Biowellness – troska o ciało, zmysły i emocje poprzez naturalny smak, rytm sezonów i relację z miejscem, w którym jesteśmy. Nie chodzi o dietę. Chodzi o smak, który coś w Tobie poruszy.
