We collaborate with regional, independent producers who value honesty and natural flavors. The honey we use at Tkalnia is sourced from Czesław Piasecki, the owner of the nearby Apiary under the Forest. The Riesling we serve comes from Bielawskie Vineyard, founded by Tomasz Pawlaczek. In addition to wine, Bielawa also produces craft, regional SOWIE beers (available on our menu). We support the "Free Cages" campaign, and the eggs we use at Tkalnia come exclusively from organic farms in Świebodzice. Attention to every detail is a philosophy instilled by our Head Chef at Tkalnia.
